TrioVision uses various materials like Medium Density Fiberboard, Hard Polyurethane Foam and in some cases where accuracies are lenient High Density Polystyrene can also be used. Stock is built initially on a base frame and then using our milling machines, required shape is given.

After unloading from machine the pattern is spayed with primer and topcoat and will undergo various sanding cycles to achieve desired gloss requirement if it is matt, semi gloss, high gloss or Class A finish. Finally the patterns are inspected and buffed using buffing compound depending on gloss requirement. After applying release agent, the patterns go to moldmaking stage.

TrioVision uses standard Vinyl Ester system for all the tooling requirements. The zero shrink tooling system ensures that the molds are made out of patterns with good accuracies with minimum shrinkage. Part shrinkage allowances are provided in the design stage so that the parts fall within the tolerances. Any complex design is addressed with Design For Manufacturability which ensures that the molds are fit for the right application and usage. Split mold, press mold, loose inserts are provided for complex shapes with undercuts and for thickness control. Molds for processes like open molding, Light Resin Transfer Moldinng, Vacuum infusion, Vacuum bagging are possible confirming to strict quality compliances.
