TrioVision uses one of the biggest portable arm in current industry 4.5 meter circular reach. All patterns and molds as per customer requirements will undergo CMM inspections to ensure the accuracies are maintained. Any patterns bigger in size than 20 square meter are done using laser tracker from our channel partners.

Laser scanning for inspection or reverse engineering can also be performed depending on the customer’s requirements. Whether it is cad model comparison or dimensional verifications it is possible to submit reporters according to the needs.

TrioVision got into further strengthening its tooling capabilities with the addition of API laser tracker to assist us in doing CMM inspections for large and complex tools. Till date we have been renting the machine through service providers but looking at our continuous ongoing requirements we thought its ideal to turn it into in house opportunity. With over 20,000 square meter + of tooling covering various market segments of Waterslide, Wind, Marine, Railways, Automotive, Infrastructure, Architecture, Defense and Aerospace segments till date TrioVision is there to support in your engineering, tooling, prototyping and manufacturing requirements.
